INSCRIPTIONS
As a skilled letter cutter I undertake a wide variety of projects, for examples please see the Commissions and Lettering photo galleries. To find out more and/or to commission a piece please complete the Contact Form. I am also at Wyken Farmers' Market every Saturday, 9am-1pm, weather permitting.
Garden Inscriptions: I can carve on an existing piece of garden furniture/structure or you can incorporate a piece of text which will then be placed within a new item of garden furniture. For those carved on site there is a daily rate of £160.
Pet Memorials: Pricing is on average: £60 for oak including fixture and finish (for a standard size); £5.50 pence per letter. (£7.50 for letters 5 inches or larger).
House Signs: Pricing is on average: £30 for oak including fixture and finish, which is generally Yacht varnish or olive oil (for a standard size); £5.50 pence per letter. (£7.50 for letters 5 inches or larger, or to copy a particular logo for a business sign). Painted lettering is an additional £2 per letter.
All work is hand carved. The style of lettering can be Modern Roman or Versal. Work to be collected from my Suffolk studio, or can be posted (p&p charges apply).
